Learning about linen

As someone who hasn’t had much interaction with linen as a fabric for use in making clothes (I only owned one linen short sleeve button up growing up and I quickly outgrew it) I’ve always wondered why I didn’t wear them more. The shirts and pants made from linen are lighter and more breathable than cotton.

I took this curiosity and tried to learn more about linen and I found these videos on the production of linen.

Where I live it’s regularly north of 100F (38C) and I’d love to wear more linen to manage the heat better.
